About Brenda Myint

Brenda completed her degree Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney. Throughout her studies she developed a special interest in musculoskeletal conditions and aims to help people feel stronger and healthier with movement.  

Brenda is passionate about helping clients reach their individualistic goals and is always interested in listening to everyone’s unique journey. She has a particular interest in resistance training and encourages incorporating strength exercises into programs. Brenda loves to keep positive energy during her sessions and always tries to prescribe programs tailored to suit each client personally, so no two prescriptions are the same!

Outside of work she enjoys strength training and going for walks outdoors. She has 3 crazy dogs which she always takes for runs to help keep herself and the pups active.
