About Lorraine Nichols

Lorraine has worked in an office environment since she finished her TAFE course quite some time ago.  Her first position was with a large retail company in Sydney, after which she moved on to Real Estate working weekends while her children were young. She then moved into medical, which she considers the most rewarding field.  She started in radiology which lasted over 20 years and has now moved onto BJC Health.

She has discovered the wonders of travel, with her first overseas trip back in 2016 and has been fortunate to have had another 4 overseas trips since.  Reading is another pastime she enjoys, as well as spending quality time with her family.

How can this event help me?

Understanding the role of supplements and superfoods is crucial, especially when managing inflammatory or autoimmune conditions. Join us on Wednesday, October 2nd, for an informative online session led by our expert Dietitian, Monica Kubizniac. This session is specifically designed to provide participants with the knowledge and insights necessary to navigate the world of supplements and superfoods confidently, enhancing your diet and overall health.

During our upcoming session, Monica Kubizniac will aim to cover:

  • Understanding Supplements and Superfoods: Gain a deeper understanding of what supplements and superfoods are, their benefits, and potential risks, particularly for those managing inflammatory or autoimmune conditions.
  • Evidence-Based Insights: Learn about the latest research and evidence surrounding popular supplements and superfoods that can help manage inflammation and support immune function.
  • Practical Tips for Incorporation: Discover practical ways to incorporate these nutrients into your daily diet to maximise their benefits for managing symptoms and improving overall well-being.
  • Interactive Q&A Session: Engage with Monica in a dynamic Q&A session, where you can seek personalised advice and guidance on choosing and using supplements and superfoods effectively to support your health journey.
