About Monica

Monica’s passion is in private practice and helping people achieve their health goals.  She is particularly interested in the area of inflammatory arthritis and assisting clients with incorporating anti-inflammatory eating into their lifestyle.

She also specialises in mindful eating for weight loss, using the Portfolio diet for cholesterol lowering and implementing the low FODMAP diet to investigate the potential triggers of irritable bowel syndrome.

Monica also offers up-to-date dietary counseling to manage other areas of health such as diabetes, high blood pressure, Coeliac Disease, PCOS, osteoporosis and food allergies.
