Getting Started with Virtual Exercise with BJC Exercise Anywhere

There are some things to know about virtual exercise.  Our sessions can be done from almost anywhere.  The essential to create a movement space in your home may be easier than you expect if this is your first time.  To start you'll need a device like an iPad or a laptop to get started as well as a space with some clearance.

Our classes are guided with Accredited Exercise Physiologists.  If you have your camera available to them, you can expect them to guide you in a class.  This is not a self guided program or a set of prerecorded videos.

Sarah explains our popular beginner class called Move Free in the video below.  This gives you an overview of what to expect.  Following that video Robyn demonstrates what session setup and what might be required in terms of a space enjoy a session in the third video.  There are a series of FAQ questions that follow as well and many have video instructions to answer your questions.

No problem.  During your trial period you will have a week to trial our many classes.  We encourage you do a session as an equipment test at first.  Please contact us as well should you have any specific questions.

Do I need to be an existing client of BJC Health?

It's easy to sign up when you are already a client, however this program is intended to help people throughout Australia.  We suggest setting up a time to talk with a member of Exercise Physiologist team if you are new to BJC Health no matter where you live in Australia.  We're available via Telehealth Options.  Just fill out the form on this page.
