Alessandro completed his Masters degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Technology Sydney, following the completion of his Bachelors degree in Sport and Exercise Science. During his studies, he became fascinated by the positive role of exercise in preventing and managing impactful health conditions.
Alessandro is passionate about using a person-centred approach to health, understanding that each client is unique and faces their own set of challenges when it comes to building a relationship with exercise. Having been quite active for most of his life, he understands the need for balance and strives to help people find convenient ways to incorporate movement into their daily lives.
Outside of work, Alessandro is a state and national-level football referee, and enjoys both running and pilates. He's also an avid fan of live music and reading a good book!
