About Sarah Comensoli

Sarah completed her studies in exercise physiology at the University of Wollongong. Since that time, she has worked in a number of clinical and gym settings across the UK and Australia.

She has a particular interest in how resistance training can be used to develop performance and also aid in the management of inflammatory conditions.

She is a keen trail runner, having completed a number of ultra marathons in recent years, and enjoys travelling to remote destinations.
