Sarah is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Director at BJC Health, where she leads the Allied Health and Marketing teams. Since joining BJC in 2011, she has played a key role in shaping and growing the Exercise Physiology service into a core part of BJC’s multidisciplinary approach to rheumatic disease care.
With over 15 years of experience, Sarah is passionate about helping people feel more confident managing their condition through movement. She has a strong interest in empowering clients to take charge of their health through both education and movement, reflecting BJC Health’s belief that exercise is fundamental to improving long term outcomes.
Sarah continues to work with clients and is actively involved in mentoring the Exercise Physiology team. She has also led the development of BJC Connect and Exercise Anywhere, helping extend BJC Health’s care beyond the clinic and create more accessible ways for people to stay informed, supported, and engaged in their health.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys strength training and is currently spending more time on the tennis court, learning a new skill and embracing the challenge that comes with it. She has previously completed 13 ultra marathons, experiences that have shaped her appreciation for consistency, resilience, and finding an approach to movement that is both sustainable and enjoyable.
Your BJC Connect Starter Account is free. To access workshops and live guided exercise classes and other premium membership content please see details on our other memberships.
