Aamie Roa is a graduate of Music Education from Silliman University, a private university in the Philippines. She also holds a professional teaching license. Her teaching career has run its course and she found better opportunities in working with clients. She is elated to be a part of the BJC Health family and ready to face the challenges that lie ahead.
Jamie enjoys spending time with friends, sipping coffee, and playing with her cats in her free time. Additionally, she also performs for both public and private gatherings as a singer and guitarist.

How can this event help me?
It’s our final Lifestyle event for 2023! And we’re hoping this is a relevant topic as we approach the holiday season. Whether you are managing a chronic condition, or have injured yourself one way or another, it can be difficult to know whether rest or movement is going to promote healing and recovery.
