Freya completed her Bachelor degree of Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney in 2016. Throughout her study she has worked in the health industry as a Personal Trainer. She is a keen sportswoman, competing across various sports including Rugby 7's and touch football.
Freya has developed a keen interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and performance. Her individualised exercise prescription aims to develop optimal movement patterns and functioning of he body to enhance one's physical health and overall wellbeing.
