About Catherine Seet-Lee

Catherine is an ESSA accredited Exercise Physiologist with a degree in Exercise Physiology (Honours) from the University of Sydney.

Catherine has a keen interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and has a passion for motivating people to meet their goals. She has a strong belief that exercise is a form of medicine that can assist in improving a person’s function and wellbeing.

Outside of work, Catherine plays soccer and tennis, and is an avid supporter of the NRL. She also enjoys spending time with her pet cavoodle and playing the cello.
