Role and Responsibilities:

  • Managing and mentoring our reception team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for our patients.
  • Overseeing face-to-face, phone, and online client interactions, ensuring all inquiries and appointments are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Managing client billings and transactions to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Providing administrative support to our practitioners, ensuring smooth coordination of patient schedules, records, and other relevant tasks.
  • Leading daily office operations and ensuring a well-organized and efficient workflow.
  • Continuously improving processes and systems to enhance patient care and operational effectiveness.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service, preferably within a medical reception setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with patients and staff alike.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and experience with Electronic Health 
    Records (EHR) software.
  • Previous experience in a similar leadership position, demonstrating your ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Certificate IV in practice/business/medical administration or equivalent qualification.
  • Familiarity with Genie Solutions PMS is highly desirable.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency is a requirement.
