Chicken-&-Vegetable-StirfryPacked with serves of veggies, this stir-fry will give you the nutrition your body needs.


  • 1 chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • ½ capsicum, sliced
  • ½ zucchini, sliced
  • 1 bok choy
  • 2 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove (small), crushed
  • 2 tspn oyster sauce
  • 1 small chilli, chopped
  • Basil and coriander to taste
  • Canola spray


Spray fry pan with canola oil

Stirfry garlic and chilli.

Brown chicken in fry pan, add all vegies except bok choy. Stirfry for a few minutes.

Add oyster sauce and bok choy. Stirfry until cooked Serves 2
