Rowan graduated from Macquarie University with a Doctor of Physiotherapy qualification.
Rowan is interested in all musculoskeletal injuries. Prior to completing his university studies, Rowan studied full time dance at Brent Street Studios. With over 18 years of dance experience, including both performing professionally and teaching, Rowan has a keen interest in dance related injuries and general rehabilitation.
Rowan’s treatment approach utilises manual therapy in conjunction with exercise prescription to diagnose and treat the problem. Rowan’s goal is to motivate and inspire patients to take control of their injury recovery by providing the support and tools necessary to achieve the best treatment outcome.
Outside of work, Rowan enjoys travelling, watching the rugby, teaching tap dance and spending time with his best mate (a French bulldog).

How can this event help me?
Building strength, fitness, and confidence over time comes from gradually challenging your body in the right ways. Progressing your exercise routine helps support joint health, maintain independence, and ensure you continue moving toward your long-term goals. Even small, consistent changes can make a meaningful difference to how strong and capable you feel day to day.
In this live online event, Exercise Physiologists Sarah Comensoli and Robyn Yin will share practical strategies to help you move your program forward with safety and confidence.
