This little meal is a healthy mix of sweet and savoury with lashings of goodness to start the day!
- 4 small-medium sized strawberries, sliced and crushed a little
- 2 large teaspoons low fat ricotta
- 1 large basil leaf, torn
- 1 slice burgen soy lin toast
Mix strawberries, ricotta and basil in a bowl
Toast bread, then add mix to the top
