Quince-glazed-pork-cutletsSome lean pork spiced up with quince sauce and baked veggies makes for a yummy, healthy meal.


  • 2 Pork Cutlets
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • Rosemary
  • 1tsp Quince paste
  • Olive oil


Preheat oven to 200C

Wrap cutlet bones with alfoil to stop burning

Crush garlic and rosemary with quince paste to make a paste

Marinade cutlets with paste

Bake in oven for 12-15mins
