The first round of the online BJC 12 week FODMAP Challenge went really well, and we are going to start a new round on the 14th July! I am excited to say that I am going to facilitate this round and do my best in assisting you with finding out what FODMAP triggers you may have.
What do you need to know?
I know many of my clients tell me that they are reluctant to start an elimination of any kind because it takes a lot of planning and thinking. That is why we launched The 12 Week Low FODMAP Challenge, and have done a lot of the planning for you. You will receive meal plans, recipes and shopping lists to help you out.
If you are on Facebook, you will have the opportunity to join a private Facebook group where you can ask questions that I will answer and choose to interact with other members of the challenge who are going through the IBS journey as well. I was inspired by the participants in the first round who posted great food pictures, encouraging comments to each other and asked questions that everyone benefited from.
