Here is a spicy little recipe, rich in protein, nutrients and flavour.
- 500g Turkey mince
- Chives, chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, crushed
- 1-2 Small Red Chilli, chopped
- 2 Eggs
- Wonton wrappers
- Kecap Manis
Mix turkey, chives, garlic, chilli and 1 egg into a batter.
Place wonton wrappers on bench, crack other egg into a cup, separating the white, brush egg over edges.
Spoon turkey mix into middle of wrappers, fold edges over so in halves.
Place in steamer until skin turns translucent/pearly colour.
