About the Role
- Reports directly to the Practice Manager
- Ensure our patients always feel cared for and valued
- Assist our practitioners in delivering unparalleled care
- Opportunity for an immediate start with comprehensive induction and training
- Full-time position (This is not a casual or part-time role)
- Engage in face-to-face interactions
- Manage phone calls and online interactions
- Oversee diary, client billings, transactions, and administrative needs of practitioners.
- Maintain the reception area and waiting room.
- Commitment to permanent, full-time hours
- Availability for shift work on weekdays (7:45am to 6pm) and Saturday mornings (8am-1pm)
- Must be based at our Parramatta clinic

- Proven experience in creating memorable customer interactions
- Background in professional team environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Familiarity with Genie Solutions PMS
- Certificate IV in practice/business/medical administration is a plus
