Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists will perform an Initial Assessment to help you get started.
One on one training with our team is available. It can help you feel safe, build confidence and gain strength.
About Group Classes at Parramatta and Chatswood
It has been a really difficult decision for us to make, however COVID has really disrupted this aspect of our service. We have tried our best to rebuild them after multiple lockdowns, however the classes are no longer viable to run with the current EP team we have. We have also had feedback from some of you recently, expressing concern about the size of the classes and how this impacts the quality of instruction and supervision you receive.FAQ
When will the group classes be stopping?
The last group classes in their current form will be on Saturday July 16th.
What are my options moving forward?
For existing members, we are still very keen to provide encouragement and guidance in a supportive environment. Choose to join training in a pair or in a small group of four. Enjoy the benefits of our expertise, supervision and motivation in smaller groups.
Introducing Small Groups of Four
Cost: $50/session
These sessions will be at designated times that suit the group. The idea being that you train with the same small group at an agreed upon time.
What about my outstanding credit?
You can use any unused group class credit to access any of our new or existing EP services. This includes one on one sessions or any of the smaller group offerings. You will also be able to access a refund if you prefer. Please e-mail robyn@bjchealth.com.au if you would like this to occur and she will help arrange this for you.
How do I join one of these small groups?
Initially as we make this transition, please contact Robyn Yin to express your interest. She will be co-ordinating things getting up and running. Her email is robyn@bjchealth.com.au
