How can this event help me?
Creating sustainable nutrition habits can meaningfully improve your gut health, especially when you’re living with a chronic condition. For people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), symptoms such as bloating, abdominal pain and altered bowel patterns can feel unpredictable and disruptive.
