•    Contributing to team performance, service development and operational initiatives

•    Supervising students and supporting the next generation of clinicians

•    Working closely with senior leadership within a structured and supportive framework

•    You will be supported by experienced leaders and step into established systems and processes, allowing you to focus on developing your leadership skills while maintaining strong clinical work.

About you:

This role would suit an EP who enjoys clinical work and is motivated to step into a leadership position.

You will bring:

•    A minimum of 3 years clinical experience as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist

•    ESSA accreditation

•    Strong communication and organisational skills

•    A genuine interest in mentoring, leadership and clinician development

•    Confidence working within a multidisciplinary team

•    A proactive and solutions-focused approach

Desirable:

•    Previous leadership or supervisory experience

•    Exposure to a highly collaborative multidisciplinary model of care

•    A strong and supportive team culture

•    Ongoing professional development and leadership guidance

•    The potential to continue with BJC Health beyond the 12-month contract

Salary
