Errol was invited by the Australian Physiotherapy Association to speak to physiotherapy graduates who were 1 to 4 years post finishing their university degree.
The topic was “The Truth about Private Practice”.
Traditionally, neither university nor public hospital training makes a graduate ready for the rigours of private practice. Errol explained why managing paying clients requires a different mindset.
Despite scaring the audience a little, he focused on the possibilities and opportunities that exists for physiotherapists in the realm of private practice.
