Strawberry, ricotta and basil toast

This little meal is a healthy mix of sweet and savoury with lashings of goodness to start the day!

Ingredients:

  • 4 small-medium sized strawberries, sliced and crushed a little
  • 2 large teaspoons low fat ricotta
  • 1 large basil leaf, torn
  • 1 slice burgen soy lin toast

Method:

Mix strawberries, ricotta and basil in a bowl

Toast bread, then add mix to the top

Serve

Enjoy!
