We are seeking a new team member who shares our passion and values at BJC Health. Reporting to the Reception Manager, the purpose of this receptionist role is to make the client/patient feel welcomed and comfortable as well as supporting the BJC practitioners to deliver outstanding, world class health care.
The following attributes are desirable: - Experience in making sure customers leave feeling happy and cared for. Each interaction must be specific to the needs of the customer. - Experience working in professional receptionist environments. - Ability to work as part of a team. - Task prioritisation and organisational skills - Great verbal/written communication - Great attention to detail - A desire to do things a little bit better each time - Experience in Microsoft Office products and Electronic Health Records (EHR) software - Genie Solutions PMS experience - A Certificate IV in practice/business administration.
