About the Role - Full-time/Part-time position reporting to the Physiotherapy manager. We are looking for someone who is open to work during peak times (before and/or after normal business hours including Saturdays) to deliver face to face clinical consults in a private practice setting. - Participate in and help develop workshops and educational events - Work within our multidisciplinary team to ensure integration between services promoting Connected Care involving our Rheumatologists, Exercise Physiologists, Massage Therapists and Dietitians - There is a proportion of our patients who request seeing a female therapist only
Clinical Responsibilities - Working in our Parramatta CBD centre - Clinical load with flexible hours, there may be a need to work Saturdays - Wide and varied caseload including complex cases - We are the leaders in rheumatic disease and inflammatory conditions, an opportunity lies in becoming an expert in this field
Professional Development - BJC Health fosters self-development and continuing professional education. It is an essential component when working with us. Your position will allow you to attend national conferences and courses. - Paid weekly inservices - We would encourage and support further post-graduate study

Opportunities - Clinical mentoring is available from our physiotherapy and allied health managers. They have significant expertise in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. They are and have been head physios on international tours for Australia but at the same time have worked in the rheumatology field for 15 years. - If the successful candidate performs well with their clinical workload, there is an opportunity to be involved with our social media and marketing strategy such as producing blogs/vlogs regularly. - Innovate how physiotherapy is delivered so that more people can benefit from our services. - Mentoring and leadership opportunities exists if the candidate excels
Remuneration - Remuneration will include an attractive salary package with a continuing education allowance.
We currently operate out of 2 clinics in Sydney with this position commencing at Parramatta.
