Rachael has been a practicing Physiotherapist for over 13 years. She has spent the majority of this time working with BJC Health and strongly believes in the multi-disciplinary management of patients to help achieve the best outcomes.

Rachael has a particular interest in injuries related to distance running, having been a distance runner herself, completing 2 marathons and 100km races. She works closely with local run clubs to help maximise running performance through enhancing running mechanics. Her other interest is in the management of an arthritis condition called Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS). She has presented on numerous occasions, educating both clinicians and patients on this condition and best management principles.

If you notice a slight accent when Rachael speaks, this is because she is from New Zealand. She carried out her University degree in Auckland., before moving to Sydney to work. She has also spent time in the UK working as a Physiotherapist in the NHS. She has worked with numerous sporting codes including State and National Touch Football teams, Suburban Rugby Union Clubs and International Beach Volleyball players.
