Jean Redmond MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
Jean graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiotherapy from University of Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, UK. She worked in Leeds Teaching Hospitals in the UK for three years, completing many specialist rotations including rheumatology, orthopaedics and musculoskeletal out-patients.
She has completed the APPI (Pilates) Matwork 1 course as well as other short courses including Mulligans and MWMs (“movement with mobilisations”).
More recently Jean has competed the Explain Pain course run by David Butler and Restorative Breathing by the Postural Restoration Institute.
Jean is also an FMS-certified exercise professional.
She has an interest in all areas of musculoskeletal physiotherapy with a focus on preventative care, osteoarthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis and chronic pain.
