About Holly Smart

Holly is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, who completed her degree at the University of Wollongong in 2013.

Since graduating, Holly has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and chronic health conditions. Holly has also enjoyed her experience with equipment Pilates in both healthy and clinical populations.

Holly is especially interested in how our bodies move and function and the importance of a holistic and individual approach to health and wellbeing.

She is looking forward to furthering her education by undertaking a Doctor of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University this year.
