Who runs the session?

Exercise sessions are run by our Exercise Physiologists, Suzy Oglesby and Jade Fraser, who both have a tertiary degree and specialised knowledge of numerous health conditions and injuries.

Sessions are run by these experts so that you can feel safe whilst exercising and have the reassurance in what you are doing.

Exercise Session Description

Sessions are limited to 6 people, therefore maintaining a personal attention and instruction throughout the session. Due to the small numbers exercises and instruction can be tailored to individual needs. Each session lasts 1 hour.

Our aim is to educate participants and motivate them to continue to place a high emphasis on their health and well being. So expect variation and education within the session.

Each session has a specific focus on a particular health area. Often areas overlap, so if you are unable to make a certain time, please don't hesitate to ask if there are other suitable times you can attend

Whilst we are aiming to group sessions towards health areas, if you would like to bring friends/family that do not share these concerns, please do so, we all benefit from exercise and need some guidance.

Generally sessions consist of stretching, strengthening and toning, and cardiovascular exercises, geared towards providing you with an increased quality of life.

Private Health Fund rebates are available for sessions run by our exercise physiologist.
