It’s no secret that every little extra bit you put into training and preparation for Coastrek equals less risk of injury and more enjoyment you’ll have on the day.  BJC Health have been supporters of Coastrek since 2015. We provided physio services on the day last year at the Kirribilli, Collaroy and Balmoral LUV stops. We treated countless walkers with pain in their knees, hips and calf/thigh muscles but this year, we want to see you sailing through each stop on your way to Bondi Beach.

• A 45 minute appointment with one of our Exercise Physiologists and includes:
  • A Bio-mechanical assessment (Running and/or Walking)
  • Review of your training plan
  • A specific customised and personalised training plan from your EP

Many of the BJC Health team are also keen endurance athletes, having completed the 100km Oxfam Trailwalker (Sydney & Hong Kong), Buffalo Stampede and numerous other marathons and ultramarathons, so we understand firsthand what it takes to successfully complete an event such as Coastrek.
