It’s that time of year again.

The leaves are falling, the temperature is dropping and the BJC Exercise Physiology team is getting excited!

We are proud to announce Exercise Right Week is happening again from May 22-27!

What does this mean you ask?

We are again offering complementary 30min sessions during this week with one of our EP’s to help you figure out whether you are exercising right.

Feel free to pop in for an Functional Movement Screen or simply have us check over your gym routine. We are experts in making sure what you are doing is targeted, safe and specific to your needs.
