Exercise Physiologists

Suzy Oglesby BAppSci (Spt&ExSci), (Hons), GradDip (ExRehab) MAAESS, AEP

Suzy Oglesby is an AAESS Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) who specialises in exercise prescription for the management and prevention of chronic diseases and disabilities including osteoporosis, diabetes, cardiorespiratory disease, arthritis and musculoskeletal injuries.

Suzy has previously been involved in teaching both Exercise Physiology and Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation at the University of Western Sydney. Suzy is currently extending her terrtiary trainign further and is the process of completing a Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University.

Suzy provides individual consultations, small group exercise classes, and personal training sessions with the aim of prescribing safe and effective exercises specific to individual needs, as well as implementing appropriate behavioural strategies to encourage self management and to maximize patient outcomes.

 

Jade Fraser, Exercise Physiologist, Brookvale, Chatswood & Parramatta

Jade completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sports Science) at the University of Sydney and is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with AAESS. For the past 2 years Jade has worked in rehabilitation and been involved in assisting seniors with chronic conditions. She has also completed a course in Aqua Exercise.

Jade provides services to prevent and manage chronic conditions and injuries, such as; individual exercise programs, health assessments, small group supervised sessions, personal training sessions and Aqua Exercise.
