Exercise Physiologists

Suzy Oglesby BAppSci (Spt&ExSci), (Hons), GradDip (ExRehab) MAAESS, AEP

Suzy Oglesby is an AAESS Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) who specialises in exercise prescription for the management and prevention of chronic diseases and disabilities including osteoporosis, diabetes, cardiorespiratory disease, arthritis and musculoskeletal injuries. Suzy has been involved in teaching Exercise Physiology classes at the University of Western Sydney for the past three years. 

Consultations are designed to prescribe safe and effective exercises specific to individual needs, as well as implementing appropriate behavioural strategies to encourage self management and to maximize patient outcomes. 

 

Jade Fraser, Exercise Physiologist, Brookvale, Chatswood & Parramatta

Jade completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sports Science) at the University of Sydney and is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with AAESS. For the past 2 years Jade has worked in rehabilitation and been involved in assisting seniors with chronic conditions. She has also completed a course in Aqua Exercise. Jade provides services to prevent and manage chronic conditions and injuries, such as; individual exercise programs, health assessments, small group supervised sessions, personal training sessions and Aqua Exercise.
